Whisperstar crept along Starclan's silver grass, her black-dipped paws threading quietly to thelake's edge. Standing up, she gave her pelt a few nervouse licks. Rising her head, she let out a cry. "Let all cats of Starclan gather around the lake." Settling down now, she watched as shapes started pouring in from all sides. But she was searching for three other leaders-- the chosen ones. Her azure eyes scanned the clearing as she now sat proud and tall, waiting.

Metalstar padded onto the grass, his metal-gray fur hitting the soft grass. He as followed by a friend from WinterClan, Frostbite. His white and blue-speckled fur glistened. Metal star's yellow and blue/gray eyes looked around. Frostbite's blue eyes followed his, though he was a bit unsure of who everyone was yet. Metalstar scanned, following Whisperstar's gaze, for the remaining two leaders.

Hollowcall let out a grunt as he padded to the edge of the lake. "What is it now Whisperstar?" He half grumbled as he ran a freshly licked paw over his fluffy chocolate fur. He had been busy watching some clan cats and their love quarrles when the call had interupted his fun.

(** for "sacrafice", is the message really from Starclan? Because if it is, we can decide on that too, like which cats go to the meddie's dreams, etc. **)
Whisperstar flicked her tail. "Like I told you many many times before, Hollowcall," she began, "you don't need to join these kinds of meetings if you don't want to." Turning her head to the first leader that arrived, she dipped her head respectfully. "Grettings, Metalstar." She meowed. Adverting her gaze to the other Starclan cats, she watched as they all poured in, one by one, in a multi-colored ocean of pelts.

Hollowcall cocked his head to the side. "Oh and I assume you would rather me miss out on all the fun of the things you and the others are thinking up?" He asked letting out a soft chuckle. "Besides you yourself said I would be able to deliver a Message one day and I am not going to miss any chance of that." He added flicking his tail as he smirked up at Whsiperstar.

((Uhh.. I had not gone that far yet. I just thought it would be fun to scare the Clan cats a little, I never really thought about where the dreams were coming from. What do you think? It's definitely not StarClan, they would never do that. Hmm.. Unless they were testing the Clans? Either that or it could be some other dark force.))
Dawnstar stepped into the starry clearing as well, her sleek spotted pelt rippled as she walked. "Greetings, Whisperstar, Metalstar, Frostbite, Hollowcall. Sorry I'm late. I believe we are missing someone...?" She nodded to her Clan mates and looked around. There was still one leader yet to come. She knew why Whisperstar had gathered StarClan here this night, the two had discussed it just the other day. Now it was time to inform the others. Dawnstar twitched her ears in excitement. This was it, this was the moment. Soon, she would be reunited with her beloved Clan in the form of another. She looked down at the Earth below, searching for one cat in particular. There he was, she narrowed her eyes so that she could see him more clearly. He appeared to be flirting with another, Dawnstar smiled. Yes, he was the one, he was perfect.
((Ohh, Scorched hasn't made her StarClan bio yet. Haven't seen her in a while actually.))

(** It could be another race of spirit ancesters, you know, like the Tribe of Endless Hunting. Or it can be another Starclan? **)
"True." Whisperstar meowed, smiling. Her black-tipped silver tail flicked from side to side as her eyes were busy scanning the surrounding area. Where is _______star (Scorched, leader!)? Her bandit-like face was turned towards the crowd of cats, and she reconized a few--Marigold, Serpenttail, Fawnpelt, and Streampaw. "Yes, yes we are." Whisperstar replied to Dawnstar. Shifting uncomfortably, she gazed towards the rippling water of the lake. Shiver and Cascade seemed to be flirting together, and she had to stifle a purr. Yes, Cascade is perfect. Cascade is the one. She had watched Cascade's past with interest. She knew the warrior code, and the clans. She knew that loyalty counts more than any individual. Next, the other cats popped up on the surface of the lake. Chase, and Drench. Chase didn't seem to be doing anything, but Drench seemed to be in the process of joining Springclan.

((or else starclan thought about trying to put loners in clans... or that the current leaders need support from loners or somethin'... -shrugs-))
Metalstar bowed his head back. Frostbite following his lead. They each continued to bow their heads as new leaders came. But, yes! They were missing a leader! Could this leader still be down in one of the clans below? Metalstar padded over to the huddle of leaders as Frostbite found a place to look down on the Clan cats. He saw his daughter, Snowstar, gracefully leading WinterClan. He smiled at how well she's grown. Metalstar glanced down at Springclan. A new cat caught his eye. Who is this new cat? A loner? Going into SpringClan? Wait, Sam? That kittypet is joining SpringClan? Well, she is sister to Mistheart. "Hmm..." he thought aloud. "What is it, Metalstar?" Frostbite asked, not moving his head from his daughter. "That loner in SpringClan," Metalstar replied. "Eh?" Frostbite switched his gaze to SpringClan. "Interesting." "Indeed." Metalstar's eyes slitted.

(** Oh, I know! **)
Whisperstar got up, and padded over to Dawnstar. "You know why we're here, don't you?" She whispered, settling down next to her. She beckoned for Metalstar to come over and sit by them. There is something more that she didn't tell anyone yet. A big problem. The clans will never see it coming, but it will. She gritted her teeth in anger. She hated Underclan! The spirits of traitors and liars should have just disappeared, but no. They had to build a clan of their own. And now they're going to torment the forest? Unbelievable.

((ooh! me likes! a fifth clan? just like in the series! except in the series, it was bloodclan...))
Metalstar shifted his gaze, still suspicious. He padded over to Whisperstar and Dawnstar. "Yes?" he inquired.
Frostbite barely even noticed that Metalstar had left. He noticed because when he'd stopped talking, Metalstar never said anything else. Frostbite shifted his gaze back to his daughter, not nearly as interested in the loner as his daughter. He smiled proudly. I never thought she'd make it this far! But she did.

(** It's sort of like 'The Place of No Stars' in the warriors series. **)
Whisperstar sighed. She'll just have to tell the three leaders for now. "Okay. Um, you know Underclan? The clan where the spirits of traitors and liars go? Well, they're planning on sending a dream to each medicine cat and medicine cat apprentice, telling them to sacrafice a member from their own clan!" Silence. "And we are going back down to earth to inhabitat the bodies of loners... because two dreams will be too confusing for the medicine cats." More silence. "So we're not just going down to be reunited with our clans. We have a mission. We have to stop them sacraficing their own clanmates."

((nnn... haven't gotten that far... -just finished first series and on thirst book on second-))
Frostbite overheard their conversation on accident, since it was so quiet, and shifted his gaze to an overview. He was disgruntled that he couldn't see the UnderClan.
Metalstar heaved a sigh. "This can be both good and bad, risky and safe," he started. "Good; we'll be reunited with our clans to help them. Bad; it's risky and we'll be taking over an otherwise important cat. So, they will be lost while we're in them. Risky; this could succeed or it could not. And we don't know what will happen to the cats we possess. Safe; everything could work out fine if everything runs smoothly." Metalstar had plenty of points to make. The tip of his tail flickered, unsure.
Frostbite suddenly realized something after hearing the "united with clan" bit. "Wait! Can I go down there too? I want to see my daughter, Snowstar."And she'll want to see me.

(** I won't ruin it for you, then ^^ **)
Whisperstar sighed. "I know, Metalstar. There are always some risks in whatever things we do, including this. Good, bad, risky, safe, possible, positive, and a slim chance. But we always took our chances before, haven't we? And we usually succeded." She looked up when Frostbite spoke up. "I'm not sure, Frostbite. Maybe you can visit Snowstar in a dream?"

((but it's part of the plot now, isn't it?))
Metalstar sat and closed his eyes for a moment. "True, very true," he admitted. He turned back to Frostbite, opening his eyes. "Yes," Frostbite agreed with a sad face, "I'll see her in a dream." The tip of Metalstar's tail was still flickering. He watched as the saddened Deputy stared back down at his daughter. I'm sorry, Snowstar. I'm sorry that I left you.

((UnderClan is an awesome name.))
Dawnstar nodded at Whisperstar. "Yes, I knew of this for quite a while now." She meowed. "And risky or not, we must try. I won't let any innocent SummerClan cat die for no reason! I'm not taking full control of my cat's body though. I'm still going to let him think for himself. He will have my strength, my determination, and the sudden urge to join SummerClan, but it will be of his own accord. I'm not going to force him to do anything unless I have to. I doubt he would let SummerClan sacrifice any of its cats though, he should do fine on his own." Dawnstar looked back down at Shiver and acknowledged the cat he was flirting with. "That is your cat, no?" She asked Whisperstar. "She is a very good choice. Shiver seems to like her very much!" Dawnstar purred. "And which one is yours?" She asked Metalstar.
