As a kit Ravenwood had been very adventurous.
He was usually scolded for leaving the camp when he was not supposed to.
On one such trip he meet another kit although slightly older than himself.
This kit had a unusually scent, Not belonging to any of the clans.
He was smitten at once and he believed the other was also. Together they played not a care in the world.
Then the promise came. "You promise to serve and protect what you believe to be important and I will return." The mysterious kit told him.
With out much thought he agreed adding his own statement. "I will, and I will never love another until you return." He knew naught what he was saying, after all he was only a kit.
At that the mystery kit disappeared and has not been seen since.
Ravenwood grew and eventually forgot this promise and fell in love with another.
However not all promises are broken and the mystery cat once again appears.
Ravenwood torn between his first love and his second love must now choose: The love of his young heart or the love of his grown heart.
